Below you will find a basic outline of the three suggested 'tiers' of membership; but these are only intended as a guide. At de Lucy's every client is truly unique and served on an individual and personal basis; therefore we will match each membership package to each client.

Discretion and reliability are two aspects of our business that we take very seriously and therefore all maids/gardeners and outsourced suppliers are personally interviewed by our team and required to sign non-disclosure agreements before undertaking any work on behalf of de Lucy's.

Platinum membership

- Up to 4 hours of administrative services per week

- 24 hour emergency call out service (there may be additional charges attached to this)

- 1 x weekly property check (post collection, leaks, unlocked doors, damages etc.)

- 1 Monthly arrival/departure service included

- Ability to nominate a family member or VIP guest for additional 4x arrival/departure services per year

- Mail forwarding once per week where necessary

- One free airport collection per year

- Twice yearly car collection service - we will take your car to your local garage for a yearly check/tyre change (garage charges may apply)

- 2 hours per month travel arrangement co-ordination, with registered travel agent

- Full power of attorney service available upon request, in conjunction with local notary

- Representation at local meetings, meeting with local suppliers

- Additional/outsourced services charged on an individual basis

- 10% off any subsequent airport collections/drop offs

Gold membership

- Up to 3 hours of administrative services per week

- 24 hour emergency call out service (there may be additional charges attached to this)

- 1 x weekly property check (post collection, leaks, unlocked doors, damages etc.)

- 6 x yearly 'arrival/departure' services included

- Mail forwarding where necessary

- Additional/outsourced services charged on an individual basis

- 10% off airport collection/drop off

Silver membership

- Up to 2 hours of administrative services per week

- 24 hour emergency call out service (there may be additional charges attached to this)

- 1 x weekly property check (post collection, leaks, unlocked doors, damages etc.)

- 4 yearly 'arrival/departure' services included

- Mail forwarding where necessary

- Additional/outsourced services charged on an individual basis

Peace of mind membership

For some, the comfort of knowing that their property is being looked in on once a week is a true luxury. A look around the chalet to check for leaks, open windows, signs of intrusion or faulty heating can mean the difference between a peaceful night’s sleep or night upon night of worry until you return to the property.

You can trust de Lucy’s to keep an eye on your home whilst you are away and report anything unusual.

Should you wish for us to magic away the problem so you have nothing to do on your return, we would of course be delighted to help at our normal rates.

Administrative services include any of de Lucy's standard 'in-house' services. Whilst we will always try to complete any tasks ourselves we retain the right to outsource administrative services where necessary.
