Born and raised in the United Kingdom, to a French mother and English father, Isabelle graduated from Newcastle University with a languages degree before spending several years in the hotel industry. There she developed an in-depth knowledge of what constitutes true luxury and recognised the importance of personal and tailor-made service.

Five years ago Isabelle moved to the Gstaad region with her husband Tom whose family has been visiting the area for over 50 years. As rentals manager and head of private client management at a local real estate firm, Isabelle identified the need for a complete Concierge service in the Gstaad region, equal to the quality and professionalism seen across other resorts in the Alps and to match the high level of luxury that is synonymous with the region itself.

This lead to the creation of de Lucy's Lifestyle management & Concierge services in June 2013 which is run by Isabelle who is assisted by her husband Tom and pictured here with their labrador Archie.
